Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire top talent to support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience in a recruiter role.
• Familiarity with resume databases.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi (110075): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
