About the Role

Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities

1. Tech Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle hiring for technology positions such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and related roles.

2. Sourcing & Screening

  • Identify top talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule, manage, and streamline interview processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.

5. Offer Management

  • Negotiate offers, handle candidate expectations, and support seamless onboarding.

6. Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.

7. Recruitment Analytics

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.

8. Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives including social media engagement, events, and activities to enhance the company’s employer brand.


Requirements

Experience

  • 3–6 years of recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on technology hiring.

Knowledge & Tools

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and modern recruitment techniques.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement.

Analytical Ability

  • Capable of tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
