Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter position based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role also involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and maintaining a database of potential candidates to support future hiring needs. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals is a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment software and platforms to streamline hiring workflows
• Experience in identifying talent requirements and creating job descriptions
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best recruitment practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
