Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Production Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Fashion Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing the production team, ensuring that production schedules are met, and maintaining quality control of the garments. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Production experience in ethnic and western* Knowledge of fabrics and sourcing* Knowledge of bulk production and customization for women wear* Quality assurance experience • Make sure the products are dispatch with proper packaging required.* Ensure products are dispatched on time for timely delivery to customers.* Ensures items are processed on time and in line with customer needs to ensure a compelling customer experience is achieved. • Identify specific metrics to measure customer experience for stitching fulfillment, Quality Defect Rate to measure errors in Quality, etc. * Make sure the products are dispatch with proper packaging required. * Ensure products are dispatched on time for timely delivery to customers.
