Explain Stitch Pleases services, pricing, and benefits confidently and clearly. Handle objections and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Appointment & Booking Management Schedule appointments for design consultations, measurements, and trials. Coordinate with the in-house designer team to ensure timely service delivery. Follow up with customers post-appointments to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat orders. Client Relationship Management Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely communication and proactive support. Track each customer's journey from inquiry to final delivery and ensure a smooth experience. Reporting & Feedback Maintain daily records of outreach, leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversions. You'll collaborate with designers, tailors, and QA to ensure each piece meets our luxury standards—on time and in perfect form. Key Responsibilities ● Manage the full production lifecycle of custom garments. ● Ensure smooth and timely intake, production, and delivery. ● Translate designer inputs into clear, actionable plans. ● Track production data, order status, and inventory. ● Use tools like Google Sheets for accurate tracking and reporting. ● Oversee quality control—fit, fabric, finish, and client satisfaction. ● Make quick, confident decisions to avoid workflow delays.
