Job Title: Fashion Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Production Manager (Mumbai)

Lead the heart of our operations by ensuring every garment reflects impeccable quality,

timely delivery, and artisanal excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end production cycle for luxury apparel

Implement and monitor rigorous quality checkpoints

Coordinate timelines, inventory, and dispatch logistics

Liaise with in-house designers, kaarigars, external vendors, and logistics partners

Ideal Profile:

4+ years in fashion production, preferably with a designer or bridge-to-luxury Indian

label. These are flexible for promising applicants

Strong organizational, coordination, and process-optimization skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for handcrafted luxury

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Fashion for 3-4 years

- Strong creative and technical skills in sketching, patternmaking, and garment construction.

- Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to anticipate and respond to market demands.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD).

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead in the fashion industry.
