Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify skilled candidates through multiple sourcing channels. The role requires maintaining a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, and aligning hiring strategies with the company's goals.
