💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage 

  full-cycle recruitment

   for General 

  IT, Engineering, and Finance

   positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using creative and effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with fellow recruiters in a team-based environment

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of Canadian recruitment experience

• Min 10 years proven  experience recruiting across General 

  IT, Engineering, and Finance

   roles in North America
• Strong understanding of the Canadian talent market
• Excellent English verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Availability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
