  • Experience in IT/Finance recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Must have 8+ years of North American recruitment experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication is a Must!
  • Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of the Canadian job market and labor laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Candidate can work remotely across India
