Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager Location: Mumbai / Noida Experience Required: 6+ Years Industry: Event Management / Client Servicing / Account Management / Relationship Management Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Coordinate across internal teams to execute events and campaigns seamlessly. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality. Resolve client issues proactively with a solutions-focused approach. Present periodic performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Client-centric mindset with high attention to detail. Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and expectations. Adaptability in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or event management roles.
