Accounting Software Knowledge: MS Office, Outlook, Tally, ERP, SAP,
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and areas of improvement.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
· Review journal entries and ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
· Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
· Financial control.
· Supervise AP (Accounts Payable) & AR (Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely processing of transactions.
· Conduct periodic reviews of aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
· Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary audit schedules.
· Implement and monitor internal controls to protect company assets.
· Responsible for taking stock & inventory of Store.
· Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
· Assist in implementing new accounting systems or software upgrades.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
