Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Dwarka Sector 7 (Delhi)

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms.
  • Generate quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain and update lead database regularly.
  • Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings or demos.
  • Convert leads into business.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in talking to decision-makers and pitching services.
  • Basic understanding of b2b sales/inside sales processes.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.

  • Google Sheets / Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
