What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with the CEO/CTO to define, drive, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment across all teams and preventing silos.
• Own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and strategic planning to delivery and iteration—ensuring seamless execution in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Prioritize and define product features, enhancements, and innovations based on market research, customer needs, competitive analysis, and input from key stakeholders, with a specific emphasis on the financial services domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, compliance) to write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews—particularly with finance professionals—to validate features and discover new product opportunities.
• Work alongside Customer Success to identify and resolve issues affecting finance users and institutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and refine the product backlog using JIRA or similar tools, consistently prioritizing tasks that drive the greatest impact.
• Monitor key product metrics and financial performance indicators to inform decisions and measure success.
• Continuously seek ways to improve collaboration, product development processes, and communication across the organization.
• Collaborate with fellow product managers to ensure alignment and cross-product excellence.
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the finance or fintech domain (e.g. payments, banking, investing, accounting software, B2B finance platforms).
• Proven success managing the lifecycle of SaaS products, ideally in the B2B financial software space.
• Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and modern product management practices.
• Strong experience in user research, market research, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts for a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data and product analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker).
• Experience working in a regulatory or compliance-heavy environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with design thinking and outcome-driven innovation.
• Passion for creating products that solve real financial problems for businesses and end users.
