Role Summary As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, conceptualizing, and driving the development of a comprehensive end-to-end e-commerce platform that covers everything from storefront creation to order processing, production, and delivery of customized products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, operations, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure a seamless and scalable solution. Job Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a full-stack e-commerce platform supporting product customization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps, trends, and customer pain points. Align business objectives with technology capabilities to develop a scalable and future-ready platform. Platform Development & Execution Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and optimization. Define key platform features, including: Dynamic storefront builder (for personalized e-commerce experiences). Product customization engine (integrating design tools, AI-driven personalization, and visualization). Automated order processing and production integration with manufacturing units. Logistics & fulfillment automation for smooth end-to-end delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and operations teams to define requirements and implement solutions. Partner with vendors, third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, logistics, and payment gateways) for seamless workflows. Collaborate with sales and customer support to gather user feedback and drive continuous improvements. Data-Driven Decision Making Define and track KPIs & metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cart abandonment, order fulfillment efficiency, NPS). Leverage customer insights and analytics to enhance personalization and improve user engagement. Optimize A/B testing and iterative development to ensure high adoption rates. Compliance & Scalability Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with data protection and industry standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.). Plan for international expansion, including multi-currency, localization, and compliance with country-specific regulations. Strong understanding of e-commerce tech stack, including headless commerce, APIs, PIM, OMS, ERP, and CRM integrations. Job Requirements Educational Qualification and Experience MBA with Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an e-commerce environment, ideally working with Magento and customized product modules for Supply Chain domain for 6+ years of experience. Certified Product Manager/Product Owner. Strong experience in creating online Knowledge Centre or repositories of product feature documentation (both written and video). Hands-on experience with writing PRDs, user stories, and managing end-to-end product development processes. Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and sprint management. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features and technical details to diverse audiences. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Hands-on experience on tools like Jira, Figma etc. Prior experience with Magento, e-commerce platforms, or other customized web modules. Experience with UX/UI best practices and data analytics for product management. Experience working in a scaling company or startup environment.
