At Appbrew, our mission is to create the best mobile shopping experience for global DTC brands. We are building an AI powered e-commerce app platform that enables brands to launch high-performance, feature-rich mobile apps that drive retention and revenue. Product Manager

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and data teams to craft intuitive user experiences, prioritize impactful features, and ensure that our Appbrew remains the most powerful and user-friendly platform for mobile app creation. In all of this AI will remain at the center. We’ll constantly need to build experiences that were not possible earlier.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap

  for the app experience and the merchant dashboard, driving the usability, functionality, and scalability using AI.

• Understand customer needs

  through user interviews, data analysis, and feedback loops — translating insights into actionable product improvements.

• Define clear success metrics

  and measure product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  with design, engineering, growth, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

• Prioritize and manage the backlog

  , ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Champion design excellence,

  ensuring the dashboard is intuitive, visually polished, and delightful to use.

• Stay close to customers and the market

  , identifying emerging trends in no-code tools, analytics, and eCommerce UX.

• Communicate clearly and frequently

  with leadership and stakeholders about progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, AI platforms.
• Strong sense of product design, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and project management tools (e.g., Linear, Notion).
• Technical fluency, comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Understanding of Shopify or other eCommerce ecosystems. (Good to have)
