This role is for someone who loves building GTM engines from the ground up and thrives in high-agency environments.


Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that explains what we do and why we make our customers win
  • Ensure consistency across sales, CS, partners, and marketing channels

Product Launches

  • Ideate and execute communications for features, integrations, and releases
  • Partner with Product to translate roadmaps into launch narratives that resonate with retail merchants

Sales Enablement

  • Own tracks, pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards that help close deals
  • Build case studies and demo narratives showcasing ROI and impact
  • Equip partner network and resellers with sales tools

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Track competitive activity and market shifts to inform differentiation
  • Be the expert on buyer personas, jobs-to-be-done, and what makes them tick

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap based on market insights
  • Partner with Sales to refine campaigns and improve demo booking rates
  • Own website pages end-to-end with designers and developers

AI Leverage

  • Use AI to scale insights, accelerate launches, and uncover competitive intelligence
  • Automate what slows you down; scale what works


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High agency, self-starter mindset
  • High ownership with strong empathy and team work
  • Strong design sense and understands how narrative, visuals, and GTM come together
  • Loves building better systems, automating workflows, and moving fast with clarity
  • Brings curiosity and perspective from life beyond work
  • Have 2+ years of relevant product marketing experience
  • Experience from high-growth SaaS companies, preferably within marketing or data space.
