We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption, differentiation, and user understanding. You will lead positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and cross-functional campaigns that strengthen product outcomes and help scale the business
Product Positioning & Messaging
● Own product narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
● Translate complex product features into sharp, user-relevant communication
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
● Build and execute launch plans for new features and products
● Partner with product, growth, and media teams for seamless execution
Growth & Adoption Initiatives
● Drive funnel improvements through content, experiments, and targeted campaigns
● Work with analytics teams to interpret cohort behavior, drop-offs, and usage patterns
Content & Asset Creation
● Develop product explainers, demo scripts, landing pages, sales decks, and marketing collaterals
● Create educational and conversion-focused content for users
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and Design to align roadmap and communication priorities
● Support sales enablement through playbooks, FAQs, and product training
What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)
● Clear positioning frameworks improving product understanding and adoption
● Strong GTM processes with measurable impact
● Increased activation, engagement, and retention metrics
● Strong understanding of user journeys, competitive landscape, and digital product behaviour
● Structured thinking, excellent communication, and strong storytelling
● Ability to turn insights into commercially meaningful actions
● 4–6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product roles
● Experience with user research, analytics, and cross-functional execution Nice to Have
● Experience in fintech, consumer internet, or SaaS
● Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks
● Strategic role influencing product direction and business growth
● Opportunity to shape messaging for high-impact digital product
