Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Process Classification: Categorize existing tasks into Value-Added (VA), Business Value-Added (BVA), and Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities. Process Optimization: Identify non-value-added tasks and recommend effective strategies for reduction or elimination. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to align process improvements with business goals. Time-Motion & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct time studies, root cause analysis, and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools for detailed evaluation. Documentation & Mapping: Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs to support initiatives. Project Implementation: Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Performance Monitoring: Track, measure, and report performance metrics and cost savings resulting from improvements. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department heads for seamless transitions and sustainable process changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement roles. Required Skills: Solid understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology. Strong knowledge of process mapping and business process re-engineering. Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Preferred: Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt or higher). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
