Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive FAQs related to stock market trading, brokerage services, and investment strategies . Write clear, concise, and informative content in both Hindi and English . Conduct research on stock market trends, regulations, and customer queries to keep FAQs up to date. Collaborate with internal teams (customer support, marketing, compliance) to address common client concerns. Ensure content is structured, easy to understand, and aligned with the company's brand voice. Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CMS tools to format, update, and manage content efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field . Language Proficiency: Excellent command over both Hindi and English (spoken and written) . Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of stock market concepts, brokerage operations, and trading . Content Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation , preferably in financial or technical writing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CMS tools . Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
