Role Overview: We are seeking a result-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Gappeo.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning lead-generation pipelines, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving brand growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to B2B marketing strategies, performance analytics, and high-quality content campaigns that drive conversions. You will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to develop and scale impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: *Lead Generation & Outreach* Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns using sequencing tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, and HubSpot. Build and optimize B2B lead funnels targeting HR Heads, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment teams. Research and segment prospect lists for targeted communication. *Customer & Lifecycle Marketing* Execute customer engagement email campaigns, including onboarding, product updates, reactivation, and retention. Create nurture workflows to improve demo-to-conversion rates. *Campaigns & Events* Plan and host marketing webinars, product demos, and online workshops to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content planning and execution. *Content & Creative* Produce high-quality video shorts, reels, and product explainer clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Work with design and video teams to develop creative assets and campaign visuals. *SEO & Digital Performance* Own SEO strategy, including keyword planning, backlink building, and content optimization. Manage performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google ads, and Meta platforms to drive ROI-based campaigns. *Analytics & Reporting* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversions. Create weekly and monthly dashboards and recommend actionable improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of B2B SaaS, HR-Tech, or Ed-Tech marketing experience preferred. Proven experience executing email outreach and automation-based campaigns. Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailchimp, WebEngage, or similar. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid media. Ability to create and manage video-based content (shorts and reels). Data-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.
