Role:

As a Product Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products/services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and resources for effective product/service use.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the customer's advocate within the company.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement levels.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and growth.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer issues.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Upsell existing features to customers

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS / e-commerce tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Preferably have tried to build something or have had exposure to startups
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
