You will: Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients in the international market for our IT services. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through research, prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of projects to ensure client retention. Achieving the monthly sales target / exceeding the target. Analyze the various new business methods in the market to generate the leads. Client interaction/presentation Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our IT services. Negotiate and close business deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. You have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. Proven track record of at least 3+ years in selling IT services, specifically web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services like SEO, social media, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of the international market dynamics and experience in selling to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
