Product Manager

Purpose/Objective

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving digital consumer experience for in-house and customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp. They will collaborate with internal, business, and external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of digital products, optimize digital touchpoints, and drive digital KPIs through testing and analysis. The role requires a strong focus on digitizing experiences, measuring impact, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital products and offerings.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Drive digital consumer experience for customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp & ensure business cases and customer satisfaction goals are met by working closely with the business, tech and design teams. - Use digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities for defined KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, and installs. - Digitize experience by launching features and enhancing user experience. - Drive digital KPIs through AB testing, multivariate testing, personalized features, and products. - Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyze, and quantify the impact of all products, features, and use cases. - Track, analyze, and report a variety of traffic and usage data metrics to draw meaningful insights and create feature prioritization. - Test new product features before they are implemented to ensure adherence to product specifications. - Participate in user feedback interviews and surveys to gather product intelligence and use it for new product feature and enhancement.

Technical Competencies

Experience in competition benchmarking and market analysis,Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices,Understanding of web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp technologies,Understanding of AB testing, multivariate testing, and personalized features

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management or related field Minimum 8-10 years of work experience tech, product or related industry would be great
