Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated DevOps Engineering Lead with strong hands-on experience in scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (GCP). The ideal candidate should be passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and ensuring high availability of systems. This role requires a 24x7 commitment to support, troubleshoot, and optimize our DevOps processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless and automated deployments. Hands-on scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.) to automate infrastructure and deployment tasks. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues. Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices. Provide technical product support, debugging application and infrastructure issues. Monitor system performance, set up alerts, and ensure proactive issue resolution. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar). Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions etc.). Proficiency in GCP services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Cloud Build, IAM, Networking). Basic knowledge of Java (or similar languages) for debugging and collaboration with dev teams. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible). Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24x7 support environment. Experience in technical product support and troubleshooting. Dedicated, hardworking, and proactive mindset. Strong hands-on experience in load balancing & Performance tuning Nice to Have: Certifications in GCP (Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer). Experience with multi-cloud environments.
