Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager with the Accel-funded Company based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth journey by collaborating with various stakeholders on strategic and operational initiatives. Your exceptional problem-solving, execution, and communication skills will be key to impacting the lives of 500 million individuals. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps. - Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement. - Using existing product usage data to identify potential enhancements and new initiatives. - Assisting in the development of product features in alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for project management, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery, driving them with minimal guidance, and ensuring timely and successful completion. Effective communication of the product vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders will be crucial. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics tools to assess product performance and user behavior, drawing actionable insights to inform product decisions and strategies. Your ability to identify challenges and obstacles in the user lifecycle, conduct root cause analysis, and outline solutions will be essential. To be a great fit for this role, you should have: - A B.Tech or MBA from a tier 1 institute. - 3-10 years of experience in a product role or 2-3 years in a data-centric role. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with experience in the startup ecosystem being advantageous. - Ability to prioritize user needs and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SQL, Excel, MixPanel, CleverTap, Confluence, and Metabase. - Proven ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,
