The Role: Engineering Leader (Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering)

• We&aposre looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Leader to build, scale, and lead the technology backbone of Fibr AI.
• This is not a traditional management role. You&aposll:
• Still write and review code.
• Architect scalable, resilient systems.
• Solve critical infrastructure and product challenges.
• Own the tech roadmap and shape the culture from day zero.
• Work directly with the founders to define and drive engineering direction.
• Build and lead a world-class team as we scale from early traction to hyperscale.
