With three decades of international success, the company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and sales of HVAC systems including Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and chillers. As part of its global expansion strategy, the company is establishing a strong presence in the Indian market. To support this vision, we are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across key Indian cities and industries. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC segment, focusing on commercial and industrial clients. Conduct market analysis to map out potential clients, project pipelines, and competitor landscape across India. Build, nurture, and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and channel partners. Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to technical proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support. Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely order processing, and smooth project execution. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to regional leadership. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, or related technical fields. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or building technology sectors. Proven track record of developing large-scale client relationships and closing complex technical deals. Strong business acumen and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage. Willingness to travel across key regions in India based on business needs.
