Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive market growth in India. The role will focus on building distribution networks, expanding sales channels, and fostering strong partnerships with distributors and retailers. The ideal candidate should bring solid experience in sales and business development, preferably within stationery sectors. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in Mumbai or New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in India.
• Build and manage partnerships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Drive channel expansion and explore new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align local initiatives with global objectives.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in stationery industries.
• Established network of distributors and retailers in India.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results.

This role reports to the South Asia Regional Head.
