REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

  • Responsibility for sales - finding new opportunities and working with investors, architects and general contractors to find a satisfactory technical solution and closing these opportunities

  • Responsibility for negotiating and closing contracts for projects according to the internal company policy

  • Responsibility for overall technical and organizational management of projects from engineering to execution

  • Communication with the production and R&D team in the Czech Republic

  • Ensure to fulfil the defined goals for the year (turnover and profit)

  • Design strategies and activities for the development of business in India glass partitions, movable walls and in the future also green buildings

  • Preparation and execution of marketing plan for LIKO-S India in cooperation with the marketing team in the Czech Republic.

  • Grow company sales

    within the assigned area and achieve defined targets.

  • Develop and expand the dealership network

    to strengthen market presence.

  • Provide

    sales, marketing, and technical support

    to dealers and partners.

  • Promote company products

    among architects, designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.

  • Deliver

    customer support

    and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies

    tailored to the assigned region.

  • Prepare price offers

    in coordination with the companys technical specialists.

  • Present proposals and quotations

    to customers and close projects successfully.

  • Report regularly to management

    on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

  • In case of positive business growth,

    recruit, train, and lead a regional team

    to manage operations effectively.

  • Perform

    any other related duties or assignments

    as discussed and assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and experience in sales of a construction business at least 5 years

  • Bachelor degree

  • Preferably experience in the glass partitions/movable walls market or in other closely related industries (i.e. supply of construction/furniture products for office buildings)

  • Fluent English to communicate with the management in the Czech Republic

  • Ability to drive and grow business

  • Understanding of business financials and P&L management
