About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling and strategically sound marketing materials for our brand. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in branding and visual storytelling, with an eye for clean, modern aesthetics. Experience in healthcare is not required,we are looking for a fresh and creative visual approach. Key Responsibilities: Create high-impact marketing and brand collaterals including brochures, presentations, packaging mockups, social media creatives, print ads, digital ads, and more. Translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into compelling visual outputs. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, new product launches, and B2B/B2C marketing assets. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Collaborate with external printers, agencies, and vendors when needed. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience with a leading branding or creative agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, marketing campaigns, and creative storytelling. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Preferred Background: Graduates from reputed design institutions such as NID, JJ School of Arts, or other equivalent fine arts/design schools will be given preference. Candidates with a degree in Fine Arts or equivalent qualification in design and communication. However, exceptional talent without formal design education may also be considered.
