Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 25-30 LPA)

Min Experience: 9 yearsLocation: MaharashtraJobType: full-timeAs a Regional Sales Manager for the tiles adhesive segment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within the Mumbai region. This role requires a strategic mindset, an ability to consistently achieve high-volume sales targets, and strong expertise in the construction chemicals or tiles adhesive ecosystem. You will lead the territory's business development efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support. Your work will directly contribute to the region's revenue performance and long-term market positioning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute territory expansion strategies by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers
  • Drive continuous lead generation, prospecting, and deal closures aligned with monthly sales targets
  • Assess client creditworthiness and onboard financially strong and reliable customers
  • Conduct systematic market research to track trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for requirements, issue resolution, and product information
  • Build a robust network of dealers and channel partners aligned with business goals
  • Provide clear and regular updates on weekly performance, sales pipeline, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Development, QC, Dispatch, and Customer Support to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and business challenges to leadership for strategic alignment
  • Ensure timely closures, high customer satisfaction, and repeat business through personalized engagement

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have a strong, target-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver consistently high sales numbers
  • You bring at least 10 years of experience in channel sales within the construction chemicals or tiles adhesive domain
  • You possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • You have an established dealer network in the tiles adhesive market and can leverage it effectively
  • You understand the industry landscape, customer behaviour, pricing structures, and competitor positioning
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently
  • You have strong analytical abilities to assess territories, monitor sales trends, and plan strategic actions
  • You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or possess relevant industry experience
  • You are equipped with your own vehicle and are comfortable travelling across the region as needed
