Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Penamaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor team performance. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with retail partners, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team while ensuring effective communication between the company and its stakeholders. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including market research and client engagement. Excellent leadership, team management, and training capabilities to drive team performance and achieve objectives. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to foster client relationships. Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies for regional growth. Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar leadership role in the retail or mattress industry is advantageous.
