Country Manager

Company Overview

A global leader in environmental and thermal energy utilization solutions, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. The company operates multiple production bases across Asia and maintains a worldwide service network. Its key product portfolio includes Air Handling Units (AHUs), VRF systems, chillers, and complete HVAC systems. Core client industries span hospitals, data centers, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and public infrastructure projects. The company is now expanding into the Indian market, with a focus on project sales and local sales team development.

Position Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute local sales strategies in alignment with regional and global objectives.
2. Build, lead, and manage the Indian sales team; drive business development and key account growth.
3. Identify, establish, and expand relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and distribution partners.
4. Conduct market segmentation, competitor analysis, and support targeted marketing campaigns.
5. Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiations, risk management, and payment collection.
6. Coordinate project execution, logistics, and delivery schedules with internal teams.
7. Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and technical seminars.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or HVAC-related fields.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience

  in HVAC or related industries (e.g., chillers, VRF, precision AC, cleanroom).

• Proven track record

  of independently developing sales channels, acquiring customers, and building teams from the ground up.
• Strong experience in B2B project sales, sales team management, and key account handling.
• Familiarity with VRF systems, AHUs, chillers, or turnkey HVAC project delivery.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of regional Indian languages is a plus.
