This position involves overall responsibility for collaborating with dealers and the Terex team to manage and develop dealers for various Terex MP brands in India and the region. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with dealer principals and their staff. Additionally, you will develop new contracts and foster connections with different departments within dealerships. Your role will require creating and implementing strategic plans to encourage business growth. Utilizing analytics to develop action plans based on data and statistics and interpreting results against set targets will be essential. You will also develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to support commercial efforts and engage in financial planning and budgeting. In terms of partnership development, you will source, add, and launch new partnerships that drive clients to the new business. Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for new business ventures will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will build strategic business plans aligning with Terex India's goals, monitor progress, and provide necessary mentorship and training to dealers to ensure their success. Qualifications for this role include preferably an MBA in Business Management, Finance, or Marketing from a reputed institute and relevant work experience in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. You must have over 10 years of experience in distribution management, strong communication, sales, and presentation skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and be team-oriented and results-focused.
