Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client needs and project requirements to present customized value-driven proposals. Sales Delivery: Set and consistently exceed sales and revenue targets. Demonstrate high drive, persistence, and a “hunter” mentality when approaching new markets and accounts. What We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing , or equivalent experience in the industry. 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. A strong existing network in the region, with relationships across relevant industry players. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and analytical abilities to identify and act on growth opportunities. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
