Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) to design and optimize user experiences across our digital products. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to shape our design language, collaborate with senior leadership, and grow into a senior role while working on high-impact projects. 

You will work closely with Senior and Principal Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to develop user-centric solutions that enhance usability, engagement, and overall product success. In this role, you will contribute to our design system, conduct user research, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.  This is an exciting opportunity to hone your skills in a collaborative environment while solving real-world design challenges. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design & Execution

     
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and UI components for web and mobile applications. 
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end design workflows, from user research to final implementation. 
  • Ensure designs align with the company s design system and brand guidelines. 
  • User Research & Testing

     
  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to identify pain points and drive data-informed design improvements. 
  • Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools to validate and optimize user experiences. 
  • Collaboration & Communication

     
  • Work closely with Senior Product Designers and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive experiences. 
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles in cross-functional teams, aligning design decisions with business goals. 
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain high-quality user experiences. 
  • Quality & Accessibility

     
  • Ensure usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design best practices are followed. 
  • Maintain consistency in UI elements, typography, and interaction patterns to strengthen brand identity. 
  • Agile & Iterative Design Process

     
  • Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, ensuring design tasks are well-defined and aligned with sprint objectives. 
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing results. 


Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience

     
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions. 
  • Technical Expertise

     
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools. 
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and UX research methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with design systems and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. 
  • Soft Skills & Communication

     
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take design feedback constructively. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. 
  • Bonus Points

     
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean UX workflows. 
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions. 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and automation in UX workflows. 
  • Contributions to design communities, open-source design projects, or published UX research. 


Job Location & Schedule:

  • This job is an onsite job at Logile’s Bhubaneswar Office 
  • Some overlap with U.S. or other international time zones may be required to support our global customers as needed.
