Training Specialist – AI-Enabled Content Development

Role Description

We’re looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver scalable training using both traditional methods and AI tools like Copilot and Synthesia. You’ll manage the full training lifecycle—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—across formats including video, e-learning, technical articles, and digital adoption tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create and Deliver Training For:

• Logile software modules and new feature rollouts
• Customer onboarding and implementation
• Internal employee development and new hire orientation
• Industry best practices and introductory content for prospects

Design Engaging Learning Experiences:

• Blend theory with hands-on application
• Develop multimedia content: videos, animations, visuals, and audio
• Build in-app digital adoption tools (walkthroughs, tips, announcements)
• Create assessments to measure learning outcomes
• Ensure all content aligns with Logile’s branding and quality standards

Leverage AI and Innovation:

• Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Synthesia, Articulate AI) to streamline content creation
• Personalize learning paths using performance data
• Automate repetitive tasks and accelerate content development
• Analyze learner data to improve training effectiveness

Collaborate Across Teams:

• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, CX Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and HR
• Support internal communications, surveys, and mentoring initiatives
• Contribute to marketing and business development through training content

What You Bring

• Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D
• Familiarity with digital adoption and eagerness to grow in this area
• Skilled in e-learning tools and LMS platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Instructional Tech)
• Experience with AI tools and platforms like WalkMe and Articulate (preferred)
• Willing to work in-office and align with U.S. hours
