Skills and Responsibilities Coordinating with internal teams to discuss the objectives and requirements from a design perspective Interpreting the client’s needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design output Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to the internal teams Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve your skills and techniques. Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition. Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on digital and branding work.
