Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and professional Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team for CaseFox, a cutting-edge cloud-based case management software serving a global audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, introducing CaseFox, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team, working primarily with law firms in the United States and other countries outside India. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls daily to prospects in international markets, primarily the USA/ Canada/ Australia and Middle East regions. Introduce CaseFox/ MatterSuite, explain its features, and highlight its value proposition to potential clients. Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify leads. Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure effective follow-ups. Meeting/ Demo Scheduling: Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team using cloud-based scheduling tools. Ensure all scheduled appointments are accurately logged and handed over to the sales team. CRM Updates: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all call outcomes and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Track lead progress and update statuses to ensure a seamless sales process. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled demos. Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals. Customer Interaction: Handle objections and provide basic information to prospects professionally and confidently. Build rapport with prospects to create a positive impression of CaseFox. Process Adherence: Follow the defined calling scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address prospect queries. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of experience in international telecalling, BPO, or SaaS sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud-based software is preferred. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of US English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with an intellectual customer base. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SaaS products Soft Skills: Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Adaptability to work in day or night shifts as required. This role focuses on running high-performance paid campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for quality leads, product demo bookings, and ROI. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, performance optimization, and global lead generation. Key Responsibilities Paid Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Microsoft Ads, targeting SaaS buyers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and India. Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Drive MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) by setting up audience segmentation, retargeting, and account-based targeting. Budget & Performance Optimization: Manage budgets, track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and optimize campaigns for CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and ROI. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. Creative Direction: Work with the design team to develop ad creatives, landing page wireframes, and ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging. Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights to marketing and sales teams. SaaS Marketing Strategy: Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine performance campaigns. Collaboration: Partner with content, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS. Proven track record in running lead-gen campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into campaign improvements. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and SaaS marketing funnels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
