What you will own


1) Strategy, P&L, Policies & Governance

  • Own AOP; rate cards & pricing guardrails; utilization/bench; 

    GM/EBITDA

    DSO

  • Policy & SOP Charter:

     Draft, implement, and enforce company-wide 

    policies, procedures, and SOPs

     across engineering, product, delivery, information security, incident response, change/release mgmt, vendor risk, data retention, privacy, and business continuity.
  • Governance System:

     Stage-gate PMO; 

    weekly

     pipeline & delivery scorecards; 

    MBR/QBR

     with metrics; risk register; internal audits; management reviews.
  • Founder/Board Communication:

     Present 

    annual/quarterly plans

    , operating reviews, investment cases (capex/opex), hiring & competency plans, and certification roadmaps to 

    both Founders

    ; publish decision memos and post-implementation reviews.


2) Products & Solutions (full lifecycle)

  • Portfolio: 

    OptiML QMS, Chatbot/Voicebot, Conversational Bots, CRM, Dialer/IVR/Logger, Contact Center Solutions, IT Services accelerators

    product lifecycle (PLM)

    : discovery → PRD → build → launch → monetize → evolve/EOL.

3) Sales & Growth (US-first, global footprint)

  • Stand up/scale

     co-sell motions (AWS/Azure/GCP, key ISVs).
  • Personally captain
