Role Overview

Node.js Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.

Write clean, reusable, and testable code.

Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, and handle third-party services.

Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with UI components.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

Work on CRM application modules development, enhancement, and integration.

Debug and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

35 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js.

Proven experience developing or maintaining CRM systems or modules.

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.

Experience with REST APIs, Express.js or similar frameworks.

Good knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Experience with writing unit and integration tests.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with microservices architecture.

Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exposure to GraphQL or WebSockets.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
