About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in production or materials planning, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This role is critical for ensuring efficient production schedules, inventory control, and coordination across departments to meet customer demands and regulatory standards. This is an on-site position at our medical devices manufacturing facility in Sanand. Job description: Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with procurement, production, packaging, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods inventory, and lead times to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry-specific regulatory guidelines during planning. Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly production schedules and material requirement plans. Analyze past trends and historical data to improve forecasting accuracy. Maintain planning records, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft Excel or ERP systems. Escalate risks or delays proactively and work with cross-functional teams for mitigation.
