Dear Candidates TVS Automobile Solutions is hiring Planning Executive Job Overview: We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our growing team in the roles of Inventory Planning Executive and Business Analyst. These roles are crucial for supporting day-to-day operations, streamlining inventory management, and delivering data-driven insights to top management. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English and Hind   Key Responsibilities: ·        Monitor, analyse, and maintain stock levels across locations to ensure optimal inventory availability. ·        Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid stock outs or overstocking. ·        Forecast inventory needs based on historical trends and market demand. ·        Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for internal and management review. ·        Work closely with regional teams to manage inventory movements and fulfilment. ·        Collect, interpret, and analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics. ·        Prepare dashboards and actionable reports for top management. ·        Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business operations. ·        Support strategic planning and decision-making across supply chain and operations. ·        Identify areas for process improvement and suggest automation where applicable.   Required Skills & Qualifications: ·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related fields. ·        1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, analytics, or operations preferred. ·        Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau (Business Analyst role). ·        Strong communication skills in English (mandatory for professional reporting and coordination). ·        Functional proficiency in Hindi is preferred ·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ·        Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
