Planning Executive

Experience: 6–8 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, and cash flows for construction projects. The role involves close coordination with project, finance, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution within cost and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs as per project requirements.
• Prepare and manage cash flow statements, budgeting, and cost tracking reports for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to collect progress data and forecast delays or risks.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Analyze project data using Power BI and SQL for real-time performance tracking and insights.
• Ensure alignment of project execution with financial plans and resource allocation.
• Manage and update project information in SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in tender planning, resource estimation, and project costing during pre-construction stages.
• Conduct variance analysis between planned vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project audits and ensure all planning documentation is properly maintained.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and budgeting processes.
• Expertise in cash flow management and cost control for construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Power BI, and SQL-based data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization/reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
