Planning Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing various documents and lists related to production schedules, raw material requirements, job work costing, packing, process charts, and vendor procurement in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, you will be required to localize new vendors for fabrication, machining, and labor works. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Bar Charts and FlowCharts according to the production schedule - Create raw material requirement and indents for boughtouts based on GAD and BOM - Develop IO List for the control panel - Calculate and negotiate job work costing for various processes such as Laser cutting, Bending, Press work, etc. - Prepare Packing List and periodically review Process charts - Calculate and negotiate with vendors for procurement of Fabricated parts and Machined components - Estimate costs for fabricated & machined components and place indents on ERP - Identify and onboard new Vendors for fabrication, machining, and other labor works Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of BE in Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency in Software ERP & ACAD - Strong Behavioral and Presentation skills - Previous experience in Production/Planning work in the Pharmaceutical machine manufacturing industry would be an advantage.,
