Coordinating with teams, managing trainers, delivering content, and engaging in capacity building activities are all essential duties. Additionally, managing data and preparing monthly reports for all trainings (both qualitative & quantitative) is part of the role. The desired candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of training delivery experience in Soft Skills and at least 1 year of domain experience. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and other languages are a bonus.
