Plan and schedule material orders based on technical and production requirements.
Prepare checklists and Material Requirement Charts (MRC) upon order confirmation.
Coordinate with Purchase and Merchandising teams for timely procurement.
Review the Bill of Materials (BOM) and update recaps as required.
Track ETA of trims and manage QC shortages effectively.
Monitor the Planned Cut Date (PCD) schedule to ensure timely material movement to the factory.
Communicate shortages or delays promptly and arrange replacements when needed.
Report daily and weekly production status to the Production Manager.
Manage inward movement of sample materials for buyer approvals (Buyer: Eddie Beaver).
