Ensure quality and timely availability of materials required for production. Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Regularly review vendor performance and take corrective actions as needed. Cost Control & Budgeting Maintain cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising on quality. Monitor market trends and commodity prices to make cost-saving decisions.
