Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), display, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and email marketing.
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and test creatives to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets, forecasting, and allocations to maximize ROI.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Implement A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and research.
  • Maintain conversion tracking setups for accurate measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure aligned messaging and targeting.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing automation teams to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide strategic input to strengthen overall marketing initiatives.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend new ideas to enhance campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Contribute to building performance marketing frameworks and strategies.
  • Test new platforms and channels to expand audience reach and improve results.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
