Objectives of the Role

• Strategic Growth:

  Build and implement e-commerce strategies, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the entire customer journey from lead generation to post-purchase.

• Platform Management:

  Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and visibility across the website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick Commerce platforms, and aggregators.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis & Business Development:

  Conduct research, analyze competitors, identify opportunities, and build relationships with customers and marketplace partners.

• Performance Analytics:

  Monitor KPIs, analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve conversions and revenue.

• Campaign Execution:

  Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to run promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.

• Operations Management:

  Oversee listings, pricing, stock levels, order processing, and fulfillment across all platforms.

• Customer Experience:

  Track reviews and feedback, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving online sales
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms
• Expertise in managing listings, inventory, pricing, SEO, and analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities
• Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital marketing principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
